Privacy policy.
Plain-English version: I’m a solo operator. I collect what I need to run the program and answer your emails. I don’t sell your data. Here’s the specific version.
Who’s running this
This site and the Fieldwork program are operated by Christian McLeod (trading as HIVIZ LLC, Montana, USA). Contact: hello@christianmcleod.co.
What I collect
- Application form: name, email, phone, business details, and the free-response answers you submit on /apply.
- Checkout: if you buy the cohort, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and payment method. I never see your card number.
- Email list: if you subscribe, just your email and whatever engagement data my email platform (GoHighLevel) tracks (opens, clicks).
- Analytics: anonymous page views and performance data via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
How I use it
To deliver the program, answer your emails, send the newsletter you opted into, and understand which parts of the site are working. That’s the whole list.
Who it’s shared with
Only the tools that help me run the business:
- Stripe (payments)
- GoHighLevel (CRM and email)
- Vercel (hosting and analytics)
- Google Workspace (email inbox)
How long I keep it
Applications and customer records stay in my CRM until you ask me to delete them, or for 3 years after our last interaction — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Email hello@christianmcleod.co and I’ll: (a) tell you what I have on you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, or (d) export it to you. No form to fill out. A real person (me) will reply.
Kids
This isn’t for anyone under 18. If you’re under 18, close the tab.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above moves and anyone on the email list gets a heads-up.
