Terms of service.

Christian McLeod, operating through HIVIZ LLC (Montana, USA). These terms apply to christianmcleod.co, the Fieldwork program, and any related calls, materials, or community access.

Fieldwork is a $200/month subscription that includes: three 30-minute Origin Call interviews in your first 30 days, live weekly group calls on Tuesdays, the Narrative Engine frameworks and templates, and private community access. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt or by emailing hello@christianmcleod.co. Cancellation stops future billing. Money already paid is covered by the 90-day guarantee on the refunds page.

The frameworks, templates, emails, and written materials inside the program are mine. You get a license to use them inside your own business while your subscription is active and after. You don’t get a license to republish them as your own product, sell them, or use them to run a competing program.

Anything you create using the frameworks — emails, landing pages, ads, content — belongs to you. I may reference results publicly (e.g., “a student grew X by Y”) with specifics anonymized unless you’ve given written permission to name you.

I’ve installed this system in 120+ brands with real results. That doesn’t mean you’ll hit the same numbers. The 90-day guarantee requires you to actually do the work, because outcomes depend on what you put in.

I can terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or behavior that damages the community. In those cases, refunds are at my discretion.
